Ms. DeMayo is the Chief Compliance Officer of Brooklands Capital Strategies a Director at IQ-EQ (formerly Greyline Partners). Prior to Greyline, Ms. DeMayo was a Compliance Consultant with Vista Compliance, a compliance consulting firm to broker-dealers, investment advisors and fund managers, where she assisted clients with all aspects of complying with FINRA, SEC and State Rules and Regulations. Prior to Vista Compliance, Ms. DeMayo was employed by FINRA as a Field Supervisor. Ms. DeMayo began her 20+ year career in the securities industry where she worked for regional broker-dealer firms in various operations and compliance roles. She received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
